6 March 2023 Blog: my week in the news

This has been an eventful month. The earthquakes in Turkey and Syria have affected so many people. A famous football player passed away and so did many loved ones of so many people. I feel really sad when I think about what people there have been through and what they are still going through seeing their homes destroyed. It was also the one year anniversary of the war in Ukraine and again so many people have lost their homes as they have had to escape the war or because their homes have been destroyed in the war.

I enjoyed learning about Chat GPT. I event asked it a few questions. It could answer some of them really well but it couldn’t answer a really difficult question – does pineapple belong on pizza? I think we should be allowed to use it for school work for research purposes but not for essays as the essays should be written in the way that you write yourself. I think you can use it as long as you put the information from Chat GPT in your own words.

Matilda the Musical is really good – I enjoyed watching it a lot and I love the songs but I prefer the original Matilda move.
