27 May 2022 Blog: my week in the news

It was really really sad reading about the shooting in Texas this week. I don't really want to think about it as the children who died were all the same age as me and my brother. I can't imagine how frightened they must have been in that classroom. I really hope this kind of thing never happens again.

At least we had some less worrying stories to think about this week. The story about the cheese flavoured chocolate was so disgusting it did take my mind off what happened in Texas for a little bit. I really hate cheese so I do not understand at all why they made this chocolate bar!

A better story was the one about Marcus Rashford wining Book of the Year with his storyYou Are A Champion. I think it sounds really inspirational and I hope my mum buys it so I can read it!
