24 February Blog: my week in the news

This week I felt very sad learning about the attacks in Germany and London. Can you imagine someone attacking another person while they are leading prayers? I cannot conceive how anyone could be so awful!

I enjoyed learning about Fairtrade Fortnight and I am glad that farmers in poorer countries may have the opportunity to receive a fair wage for their products.

I had a lot of fun over the half term holidays. One of the highlights was watching Dolittle. I really recommend you all to watch it. I enjoyed watching the animals and Dr Dolittle talking to the animals.

It’s always interesting to hear about the British royal family – my favourite topic! We now know that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will step down as senior royals from the 31st of March.
