22nd October Blog: my week in the news

Hello! It's Rose here. My favourite story this week was about The Queen's Speech because I always like to hear news about the royal family! So i also enjoyed learning about the Royal Tour of Pakistan, it's really cool they get to go to so many amazing places. It was also good to hear about the robot hand that solved a rubik's cube  - when you think about how they actually did it, it's really amazing, they basically gave the robot a brain of its own so it could solve the cube all by itself. I wonder what robots will be doing for us in the future? It would be great if i could get one to clean my bedroom and do my homework!

Brexit is getting soooo complicated - I can't believe how long it is taking to get it all sorted out! I wonder if they will be able to do it in time for 31 October, I'm still planning a Hallowe'en themed Brexit party! I hope the politicians make the right decisions however, I'm worried that everyone is trying to rush now because 31 October is so close, and my mum always tells me that rushing results in mistakes.
